A neurotic cat must save the town from monsters that can’t disappear until the ADHD little girl who magically doodled-them-to-life conquers her inner demons.
The Scaredy Cat pilot tells the story of an upbeat 6th grade girl named Kat and her cat named Mouse. Kat vents by doodling goblins that, unbeknownst to her, are brought to life by her intense feelings. The goblins wreak havoc on the town, mirroring Kat’s emotions. Mouse (her scaredy-cat-BFF) must stop the goblins, but they can’t disappear until Kat overcomes her own troubles. So, Mouse must go back and forth between the logical school and the Looney Tunes town to help Kat turn her perceived faults into superpowers that will send the goblins away for good… all while saving the town from destruction.
It’s Courage the Cowardly Dog’s “monster of the week” meets Looney Tunes meets Adventure Time.
